About The Role

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for a specific part of the home, ensuring the highest level of care, and will take charge in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. This includes addressing residents' needs with dignity and respect, whether reporting mobility issues, collecting samples, or administering medication.

About You
You will have proven leadership experience in a care home for vulnerable adults. Your positive energy, ability to connect with people, and sense of accountability are essential. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
