Main tasks of job:
* Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs of VWG vehicles
* Repairing vehicles in line with manufacturers’ standards to comply with warranty agreements
* Carry out vehicle inspections and be able to identify defects
* Undertake vehicle road testing
* Using the latest industry equipment; working within the company health & safety guidelines
* Air-con repair/servicing
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving license
* Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Time served recognised apprenticeship and recognised qualification, level 3 preferred
* Electrical knowledge is an advantage
* Possess good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
* Good technical knowledge
