Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background leading Highrise, Education projects?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the indistry-leading Tier 1 Main contractors in the country, who are currently on the look out for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring that all works are being completed to budget, deadline and quality demands.

What are we looking for?
* Prior experience as a Project Manager overseeing Highrise, Education or commerical projects.
* Valid SMSTS
* UK Driving License
* NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules
* Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure that all works are being completed in a timely manner, whilst maintaining quality in line with company policy.
* Report into the Operations Manager and provide feedback on Project status on
* Pro-actively identify project risks and work extensively to reduce delays.
* Facilitate final inspections and approvals.
