As a Warehouse Team Leader you will lead, manage, coach, motivate and engage a team of people to co-ordinate activities to achieve business goals through effective people management, continuous improvement and a focus on self‑development.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7:00‑22:00 till 06:00. Pay, benefits and more: we are looking to offer a salary of up to £34,027.20 per annum plus a shift premium of £1.39 per hour and 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). Typical Responsibilities
* Lead your team in a fast‑paced picking operation
* Support with all 1‑2‑1s and appraisals
* Support the shift manager with engaging with the team and reacting to varying inbound workloads
* Lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, and be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
