What you'll do: Deliver friendly, professional, and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers at all times Assist with food preparation, presentation, counter service, and operating the till during service periods Ensure all food is presented and served to the highest standards in a clean and hygienic environment Maintain cleanliness of service areas, dining spaces, equipment, floors, fixtures, and catering utensils in line with cleaning schedules Monitor and record food and delivery temperatures in line with food safety procedures Restock service counters, chillers, and retail areas to ensure sufficient supplies throughout service Support with hospitality and special functions when required Follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen, COSHH, and health & safety regulations Complete all required service documentation and report incidents, complaints, or near misses as appropriate What you'll bring: A full UK driving licence (essential) Experience in hospitality or catering is desirable, but full training will be provided Basic food hygiene knowledge and a strong commitment to health & safety standards Excellent communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude High standards of personal hygiene and appearance A proactive, self-motivated approach with willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when needed Flexibility to support different areas of the operation as required Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
