37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm
Salary
£28,412 + £2000 Performance related bonus once established in the role
As an integral part of our Fleet team, you will play a key role in driving our department's commercial success.
Working closely with the Fleet Commercial Operation, you will actively participate to enhancing team performance, new and existing clients, whilst supporting the wider Fleet / Branch Network, and Call Centre contribution (Taxi Department).
What You Will Be Doing
* Utilising CRM system (Salesforce) to maintain updated files, customer outcomes, diary, lead and opportunity cycle stage
* Ensuring accuracy on all data entries and submissions to facilitate smooth operations and SLA turnarounds
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads from the Universal Target Audience (UTA) to meet team KPIs
* Building and maintaining customer relationships through professional communication
* Meeting and exceeding team and departmental KPIs & budget requirements
* Managing personal performance against targets and driving continuous improvement
* Supporting industry networking and events to showcase Fleet products and source new business
* Assisting Business Development Managers in managing prospects through to conversion
* Ensuring quality standards (compliance/audits) are met and delivering high customer service
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year Fleet Insurance experience
* Account/Portfolio management experience
* Strong communication skills for effective client and insurance agent interactions
* Sales skills: ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
* Ability to work independently
* Problem-solving skills for resolving client issues and addressing concerns
* Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Product knowledge of insurance products, coverage, and regulations
* Adaptability to industry and market changes
* Positive attitude, detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of networking
