Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant
Sheridan Maine is proud to be working with an established business based in Andover to recruit an Executive Assistant.
This newly created role reports to the Director and involves providing high-level operational administration support, with responsibilities spanning internal coordination and external liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Director's mailbox and calendar, including arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and responding to emails.
2. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and conduct research ahead of meetings.
3. Improve and implement administrative processes.
4. Coordinate internal communications, assist with event management, and support company-wide meetings.
5. Support HR functions, including documentation, compliance, and onboarding duties.
6. Serve as the key point of contact for communication and queries.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience as a PA/EA or in a similar role.
* Strong calendar and inbox management skills.
* Exceptional organization, communication, and coordination abilities.
* Effective time management and multitasking skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at board level, with an exceptional eye for detail and excellent time management. Knowledge of Human Resources and compliance is advantageous.
