We are seeking a skilled and motivated Glazing Operations Manager possessing experience of all aspects of glazing. We are Not just talking about windows & doors, as your experience must include architectural glazing (showers, mirrors, splashbacks, balustrades etc). Projects covering both the commercial and domestic sectors. This is an exciting office-based role, with occasional visits to client sites. Here, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing projects and resources, whilst liaising with every stakeholder throughout each project. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all glazing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards * Manage and motivate a team of fitters, providing leadership and technical support * Plan and coordinate projects, from initial client consultation to final installation and aftercare * Review site surveys and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery * Monitor health and safety compliance, always ensuring a safe working environment * Manage stock levels, ordering materials as required * Handle customer queries, resolving any issues efficiently to maintain excellent client relationships * Work closely with senior management to drive business growth and operational improvements Requirements: * Proven experience in the glazing / construction industry, with experience gained in a managerial or supervisory capacity * An in-depth understanding of glass installation techniques, materials, and industry regulations * Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail * Experience with project management and scheduling * A commitment to health and safety best practices (RAMS and Risk Assessments) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence (not essential) What’s on offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Overtime * A stable and reputable company with a strong customer base * Opportunities for professional growth and career development * Supportive and dynamic team environment If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for glazing and team leadership, we want to hear from you!
