What we are looking fo r
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

FTE Salary range: GLF Associate 2 £23,651
Pro-rata (actual) Starting Salary : £18,368
Hours: 8:15am - 3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time)
Contract: Permanent
