You’ll be responsible for leading one of our four units, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care while supporting and developing your team. What You’ll Do Lead and manage your unit, ensuring smooth, safe and effective care delivery. Support, mentor and motivate your nursing and care team. Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Maintain accurate records and apply sound clinical judgement. Oversee clinical governance, compliance and care planning. Work closely with the Home Manager to uphold our values and high standards.
