We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tyre Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team in Southend. As a Tyre Technician, you’ll play a vital role within the parts and service operation, helping deliver a first-class experience for every customer.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Tyre Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to continue developing their skills. As a Tyre Technician, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the workshop and service teams, ensuring tyres are fitted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Carry out tyre fitting efficiently and competently, meeting manufacturer standards
Maintain and develop your skills in all areas of tyre fitting technology
Work closely with Service Reception and Workshop Control
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation
Occasionally speak with customers, providing expert technical advice
Represent the business professionally at all times as a Tyre TechnicianRequirements
Previous experience as a Tyre Technician / Tyre Fitter (essential)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Quality-focused mindset
Good communication skills
