Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Main Job Purpose & Scope
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support our digital marketing efforts, focusing on social media strategy, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising. The role aims to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive digital growth across the leisure and care sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement social media strategies, including campaign planning, content creation, scheduling, and channel management, to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels.
2. Create engaging content for social media, including posts and multimedia content for Google Business and CRM outputs.
3. Use in-house design tools like Canva to create graphics and promotional content.
4. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
5. Plan and oversee competitions and campaigns to promote the brand.
6. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
7. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, setting measurable goals.
8. Experience with e-campaign systems such as Airship, Mailchimp, or similar.
9. Use task management tools like Asana to organise workflows efficiently.
10. Coordinate with third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure timely deliverables.
11. Proofread and quality check marketing assets.
12. Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, collaborating with designers and SEO specialists to optimise performance.
13. Use market insights to develop digital strategies that position the brand as a leader in both the Leisure and Care sectors.
14. Support marketing requirements for Prestwick Care, including asset delivery.
