This role offers the opportunity to work within a top civils contractor on a diverse range of civils and infrastructure projects across the UK. The Role We are working with a leading company who is seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their civils team. You will play a key role within a team which values your expertise and innovation, enhancing the team and driving success across high value projects. You will: Prepare, negotiate, and analyse budgets, and procure subcontractors including pre-qualification and order documentation. Assess and certify subcontractor payments, ensuring correct contractual notices are issued. Advise on legal and contractual matters, identifying and managing commercial risks. Assist with reporting, team coordination, and mentoring of junior staff. Maintain strong working relationships and ensure effective collaboration between commercial and operational site teams. The Ideal Candidate; Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
