Production Engineer
Location: Worksop, S80 3AT
* Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
* Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Responsibilities
* Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
* Implement new processes and technologies
* Create build instructions and risk assessments
* Collaborate across departments to drive results
* Act as the vital link between Production and Engineering, streamlining processes and solving real‑world manufacturing challenges
* Support prototype builds and produce process documentation
Qualifications
* A degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of lean principles, manufacturing processes, and digitalisation
* A hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
