We offer full or part time positions with permanent contracts and flexible hours to suit your home life.
Pay rate - £13.20 an hour weekdays, £14.20 an hour weekends (6 month probation period - £12.50 weekdays, £13.50 weekends)

Main Responsibilities
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming (male and female service users)
•Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
•Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects.
•Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those with dementia or behavioural challenges.
•Help clients with mobility and daily activities, promoting independence while ensuring safety.
•Maintain a clean and safe environment within the home.
•Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
Essential Skills
• Experience in social care is highly desirable but not essential, we will train you and support you throughout your journey
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
•Ability to perform care tasks with compassion and respect for client dignity.
•Competence in meal preparation and understanding of dietary needs.
•Valid driving licence and own transport is required
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in various situations.
