A Performance Creative Creator at Protein Works is a key driver of high-impact creative across brand, digital, and performance channels. While based in the Brand Team, this role works hand-in-hand with Paid Media, Growth and Social teams, providing creative support, content sourcing, editing, and amplification to deliver engaging, conversion-driven campaigns.
You will own third-party content platforms (e.g. Twirl), manage UGC, EGC, testimonials and video content on and off-site (i.a. Marketplaces, TikTok), and create content as well as ads that resonate, convert, and scale across channels. You will also leverage AI-powered design and creative platforms to enhance efficiency, accelerate asset production, and elevate the quality and consistency of content.
Creativity, pace, and execution are central to this role. Youll be hands-on, producing and curating content while ensuring it drives measurable results. You will partner closely with internal teams across Brand, Paid Media, Social, and Growth Squads to ensure every asset has maximum impact.

1. Curate, edit, and repurpose content for use across multiple channels, including the website, social media, and paid campaigns, and marketplaces, optimising each asset for engagement, conversion, and amplification.
