Job Description
3. Lead the delivery of core securitisation and treasury operations activities, ensuring smooth reporting cycles and effective cash management
4. Support the Head of Treasury with the operational rollout of new securitisation structures and enhancements to existing funding facilities.
5. Partner closely with internal teams to solve operational Treasury challenges and keep processes running seamlessly.
6. Drive improvements across data, systems, reporting, and day-to-day operational workflows.
7. Contribute to building a strong control and governance environment.
8. Help develop a collaborative, high-performing Treasury Operations team with a strong operational focus.
The Successful Applicant
9. Background in Treasury with hands-on experience managing the operational aspects of securitisation structures and/or bilateral funding arrangements.
10. Demonstrable line management experience, with the ability to support, develop, and guide team members.
11. Strong ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with external stakeholders.
12. Proven track record of driving change and delivering operational improvements in fast-paced environments.
13. A continuous-improvement mindset, always seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working.
14. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
15. ACA/ACCA/ACT qualified, or possessing equivalent technical expertise.
