Duties
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Communicate product knowledge clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions.
* Upsell and promote additional products based on customer needs and preferences.
* Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Utilise basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
* Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.
* Open and close store post training
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Basic maths and English skills for handling transactions accurately.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
