Residential Sales Secretary

Average 41.5 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced secretary to join and provide secretarial and administrative support to our busy residential sales team.

In this role, day to day you can expect to:

* Manage and co-ordinate multiple diaries and schedules, for both internal and external meetings.
* Draft correspondence and respond to emails
* Answering telephone queries
* Facilitating the smooth running of the sales department
* Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate
* Working closely with Sales Manager to produce property details, memorandums of sales, contractual letters and other formal business letters
* Dealing with and paying invoices
* General office administrative duties

This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will have other duties and responsibilities that fall within the remit of the role.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

* Previous experience in residential sales is preferable but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* To provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and staffStrong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
* Accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
* Team player with the ability to work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* "Can-do" attitude and ability to use initiative
