The Role: Experienced Remote Bid Writer (IT, Justice, or Health Sectors)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Benefits
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Writer. The Bid Writer will be responsible for crafting and submitting high-quality proposals, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, conducting thorough research, and developing persuasive content. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and editing proposal content, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation of all bids submitted. We are particularly interested in hearing from Bid Writers who have worked in the IT, Justice and/or Healthcare Sectors.

The Impact You'll Make
As a Bid Writer with over 2 years of experience, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a pivotal role in leading proposal development and managing client input.
You will:
* Write across the end-to-end bid lifecycle: From initial RFI/ITT analysis to compelling final submissions.
* Craft winning content: Develop clear, concise, and persuasive bid responses, proposals, and presentations.
* Enable strategic collaboration: Working seamlessly with internal subject matter experts and leadership to define winning strategies.
* Translate complexity: Transform intricate technical information into easily digestible narratives.
* Master multi-tasking: Able to work across multiple bid projects concurrently, meeting ambitious deadlines.
* Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and industry trends.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our bid processes and content library.
What We're Looking For
* Proven Bid Writing Expertise (2+ Years): A strong track record of successful bids is essential.
* Sector-Specific Experience: Prior experience in IT, Justice, or Health is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Agile & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure consultancy environment.
* Project Management Savvy: Highly organised with excellent time management.
* Collaborative Spirit: A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships remotely.
* Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with bid management software.
