As a key part of a small but dynamic team, the successful candidate will be involved in demonstrating sound management analysis and performance insights and monitoring to help to deliver the priorities of the Police and Crime Plan. The successful candidate will be involved in the development and implementation of a wide range of plans, including overseeing volunteer programmes and supporting office governance processes to ensure transparency and high ethical standards.
