As a Meeting and Events Coordinator, you will work closely with both the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team, to ensure our guests not only have a wonderful time, but also make memories to last a lifetime.

Key points about the role
* Reply to emails and calls as quickly as possible to avoid missing potential bookings.
* Ensure all teams receive detailed function sheets during events.
* Build great relationships with returning guests.
* Be the main point of contact for both the client and hotel team on the day of weddings and other events, ensuring smooth running.
* Ensure every guest leaves wanting to return, regardless of the event type.
* Attend weekly operations meetings.
* Contribute across departments when needed – we are one team.
