We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Team at our dealership in Eastbourne. As the face of our aftersales department, you will ensure every customer is treated with professional, friendly, and efficient service. From the moment a customer books their vehicle to the moment they collect it, you will guide them through the process, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Customer Management: Greet customers and manage their vehicle's progress through the workshop, providing regular updates.
* Administration: Handle aftersales requests, including job card preparation, bookings, and quotes via the Pinnacle DMS.
* Technical Support: Proactively use Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) to meet and exceed performance targets.
* Parts Coordination: Order and receive vehicle parts, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery.
* Stock Control: Maintain inventory of key parts and manage stock levels.
