We are seeking a Regionally Driven and Technically Savvy Sales Manager to spearhead new business development and expand our market share across the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordic regions. This is not just another sales role; we want someone who thrives on autonomy, can craft a regional business plan, and collaborates closely with customers, distributors, and our internal technical teams to deliver practical, value-based solutions.
Your Responsibilities

Drive New Business Development: Cultivate opportunities in your assigned region.

Build and Execute Sales Plans: Strategically grow revenue and market share.

Engage with Customers: Develop relationships through direct engagement and distribution partners.

Identify New Applications: Convert opportunities in industrial and reliability-driven environments.

Manage Relationships: Expand connections with distributors, customers, and end users.

Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with engineering, service, manufacturing, and inside sales.

Support Customers: Engage in technically informed discussions about machinery reliability and maintenance.

Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Provide clear visibility on opportunities and regional performance.

Represent the Business: Own your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record in technical B2B sales, preferably in industrial or mechanical markets.

Hunter Mentality: A strong ability to win new business.
*
Technical Background: Familiarity with rotating equipment, bearings, seals, pumps, and machinery repair.
*
Relationship Management: Comfortable managing both direct sales and distribution/channel relationships.
*
Technical Credibility: Ability to engage confidently with engineering, maintenance, and operations stakeholders.

Self-Starter: Capable of working remotely and managing a region independently.
*
Willingness to Travel: Ready to explore your assigned territory.
Preferred Background
* Mechanical engineering background, apprenticeship, City & Guilds, or similar technical training.
* Experience transitioning from a technical, service, or engineering role into sales.
* Background in industrial aftermarket, reliability, or maintenance-led sales environments.
