What you'll do
Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles.
Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.
Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs.
Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused.
Ensure excellent Customer Service for all shoppers.
What you'll need
Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Pride in supporting your customers and team through every shift.
Strong communication skills for tricky conversations.
Confidence in monitoring and improving your store’s KPIs.
