Duties of an Early Years Practitioner:
1. Assisting in the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities.
2. Supporting the class teacher and early years practitioners in daily routines.
3. Creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment.
4. Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and language development.
5. Observing and recording children’s progress.
6. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ideal Candidate:
* Has a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
* Loves working with young children and understands their needs.
* Is patient, kind, and energetic.
* Has good communication skills and works well within a team.
* Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic.
