We have exciting opportunities for experienced Field Sales Representatives to join our External Sales team on a permanent basis. We are seeking individuals to join our team, promoting environmentally friendly local products in local areas. Sell with confidence knowing we deliver great products to our customers.
Responsibilities
* You will be a brand ambassador for Hanover dairies, sharing our company story, we’re a family ran business since 1976!
* Build rapport with potential customers, adapting your approach to the individual
* Objection handling: recognising objections and steering the conversation in a different direction to overcome them.
* Answer questions about our products and services
* Inspire change and encourage environmentally friendly choices
* Meet and exceed sales targets for new customers
Requirements
* Must have a valid driving licence and your own transport
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Persuasive and confident with the ability to develop conversations to target outcomes.
* Self-motivated, proactive, punctual and able to work independently.
* Results-driven, strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
* Ability to demonstrate brand passion and care for attention to detail.
* Ability to handle rejection whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
* DBS required
* Experience in sales, canvassing, or direct marketing is preferred
