Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our Floating Staff team in Bradford to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. We work across the city in four local teams, ensuring staff offer personalised mental health recovery support, alongside housing related support.
This is a temporary role to cover for maternity leave, expected to be approximately a year.
Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users
• Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration
• Advising and supporting service users in all aspects of managing their tenancy and maintaining the safety, hygiene and comfort of their home
Experience working with mental health needs is desirable. However, if you are looking to join the health and social care sector, and share our drive, values and passion for helping people with mental health needs, then we would also like to hear from you.
