As Senior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting senior managers and directors across the corporate directorates. Your expertise will help drive financial sustainability by delivering insightful analysis, strategic advice, and constructive challenge.
You will be responsible for producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts and forecasts, ensuring financial clarity and confidence across the Trust's corporate functions.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This role supports the delivery of financially sustainable services across the corporate directorates within the Trust. You will work closely with budget holders, providing insightful financial analysis, guidance and constructive challenge to drive informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities include producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts and forecasts for our corporate directorates, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
As a manager within the Finance department, you will also manage and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
You will play a vital role in empowering budget holders by delivering training and strategic support to help them understand and manage their financial positions effectively.
This is a varied and engaging position within a fast-paced department, offering exposure to Trustwide projects and ad hoc assignments.
