Client Services Manager – Domiciliary Care

💷 £28,000 – £32,000 DOE + £350/week on-call pay
🕒 Full-time | Mon–Fri 9–5 | Office-based
Join a leading domiciliary care provider supporting adults aged 18+ to live independently in their own homes. This role involves managing the client journey end-to-end—from assessments and onboarding to care planning and reviews—ensuring consistent, high-quality, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality monitoring
Line manage the care quality team
Build strong relationships with clients and families
Support care staff performance, appraisals, and supervisions
Conduct client reviews and service audits
Contribute to compliance and regulatory standards
Participate in on-call rota (paid £350/week)Requirements:
Background in domiciliary or community care
Experience managing care delivery and supervising teams
Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
Strong communication, planning and IT skills
Driver with access to a vehicleBenefits:
