Job Overview
This entry-level position offers promotion opportunities, on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises. No experience is necessary. Starting pay is $14/hr. Responsibilities
1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication for work schedules.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
6. Pass drug screening and maintain drug-free status.
7. Ability to stand for entire shift; hand and arm movement required.
8. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
