What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you bring a genuine passion for coffee and great service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines.
You will also be responsible for:
* Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards.
* Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
* Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
* Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well-presented.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
* Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
* 1 - 2 years of experience as a Barista / Café All Rounder.
* Must be available to work on weekends.
* Experience in food handling would be ideal.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
