Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager * Client-facing experience: Previous experience managing high-profile or high-value accounts, ideally in e-commerce, healthcare, pharma, or tech. * Commercial mindset: You can translate data into actionable insights and drive performance across accounts. * Analytical thinker: Comfortable interpreting reports, KPIs, and digital analytics to shape strategy. * Communication expert: Excellent verbal and written skills; confident liaising with senior stakeholders. * Organised multitasker: Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with precision and accountability.
