We’re on the hunt for a Data Centre Engineering Supervisor to lead operations at a flagship facility in Slough – one of the most advanced data centres in the UK and growing!!

What You’ll Be Doing
10. Lead and develop a team of skilled engineers across all critical and non-critical systems.
11. Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain 100% uptime across all systems and plant.
12. Act as the technical authority for maintenance, safety, and operational control.
13. Manage HV systems, including switching schedules, SOPs, and risk assessments.
14. Coordinate and supervise specialist contractors and suppliers.
15. Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, permits to work, and compliance documentation.
16. Deliver training and mentoring, ensuring all engineers meet and exceed technical standards.
17. Drive site culture – safety, quality, teamwork, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
18. Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, or City & Guilds).
19. 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations – essential.
20. Proven experience in High Voltage (HV) systems.
21. Hands-on experience in critical environments (data centres, hospitals, pharma, or similar).
22. Strong understanding of UPS systems, standby power, and cooling.
23. Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
24. Familiarity with BMS systems, permits to work, and safety procedures.
25. IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification preferred.
