Main duties of the job
The role of the Staff Nurse at Chartridge Ward is to support patients at the later stage of their inpatient experience.
You will need to have a good understanding of the discharge process as well as a thorough understanding of the implications of prolonged hospital stays and the impact this can have on patients and their relatives.
The Staff Nurse will not only support the patient and their families, but also the discharge team, with sharing of essential information to ensure discharges are efficient and effective.

15. Registered Nurse/Awaiting NMC PIN

18. Hold / be working towards an NMC approved mentoring qualification
