The Role
* Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
* Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties
* Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
* Managing your own workload effectively across regional projects
* Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures
Requirements
* BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
* Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
* Full UK driving licence
