DAY OR NIGHT SHIFT HOURS AVAILABLE
Connect Appointments is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our growing client in the Auchterarder area. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
* Day shift: 4-on 4-off shift pattern of 7am to 7pm - paid weekly at 13.86 per hour.
o OR
* Night shift: 4-on 4-off shift pattern of 7pm to 7am - paid weekly at 15.40 per hour.
Your duties as a Forklift Driver:
* Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles efficiently and safely
* Transport and store materials throughout the warehouse in the correct locations
* Operate the forklift safely in a fast-paced, busy environment
* Maintain clear and hazard-free forklift operating areas
* Consolidate partial pallets to optimise storage for incoming deliveries
What we're looking for:
* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
* Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety and accuracy
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Comfortable working as part of a team and following instructions
* Access to your own transport would be advantageous
