The Role:
As a BMS Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our clients building systems. You will be responsible for delivering planned maintenance, responding to reactive callouts, and carrying out small works and upgrades to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry outPPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)visits, including thorough checks of controllers and field devices
2. Produce clear, detailed service reports following each visit
3. Manage and organise your own PPM schedule effectively
4. Identifyenergy-saving opportunitiesand communicate these to clients and the office
