£31-40,000 FTE, dependent on experience

Are you passionate about enabling a church with a heart for young people across the area to be able to achieve its vision through great children and youth work, schools and sports oversight, effective communication, fun and friendship?
Hope Church Hounslow is seeking a Younger Generations Lead to join our worshipping community, as a member of the church and a key member of the leadership team. The post holder will lead the Children & Youth work at Hope Church Hounslow and within the Bishop's Mission Order (BMO); Leading the Young Generations Team; Schools & Outreach work within identified primary and secondary schools in the BMO, including sports ministry, chaplaincy, mentoring, RSE & Transition workshops and other events; resourcing churches and youth leaders within the BMO for schools ministry; the oversight of regular Children, Families & Youth groups; plus socials, outings, inter-church youth events and Kick – our community Football Academy; to share responsibility for developing young people's discipleship and pastoral care, meeting their spiritual and social needs, and integrating young people in our church community.
