D MOS People are currently recruiting for an Admin to join a fantastic team based in the Wrexham area. The successful candidate MUST hold prior SAP experience.
The role will initially be 8am-4pm for training, however, the role will flip to a 4on 4off basis, covering 6am-6pm. This will NOT include night shift hours.
The Role
To update warehouse management systems with details of stock receipts, stock movements and stock discrepancies.
To perform the requirements of the role to a right first time, every time methodology.
To report all identified issues or problems to your Team Leader in a timely manner.
Ensure that all requests or instructions communicated by your Team Leader/Manager, in relation to duties, policies and procedures are carried out in full.
To operate company equipment in a safe and proper fashion and in accordance with company policies, procedures and legislation.
To attend shift briefings, to understand KPIs on area Performance Boards and to raise issues for resolution by team.
To ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, Company policies and procedures, standing instructions and contract practices.
