The CDD Quality Control, Training and Management Information team safeguards the accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance of all CDD activity. As Manager, you will lead the firm’s QC processes, combining automated validation with detailed manual assessments to ensure due diligence files meet the required standards before completion. You will monitor performance, document QC outcomes clearly, and ensure timely and accurate case handling — including within the firm’s new Fenergo Onboarding tool, where you will help embed consistent quality expectations and support the transition to new workflows.
A core part of the role involves developing and delivering training to strengthen team capability in CDD standards, risk assessment, and use of Fenergo as the firm’s future-state onboarding and case‑management platform. You will produce high‑quality management information to track performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and support continuous enhancement across the CDD function. You will work closely with the Head of CDD on team development, coaching and performance‑management initiatives.
This role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, expertise in QC methodologies, excellent documentation discipline, and the ability to coach and guide others within a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

A look into the role
As a Manager - CDD QC, Training and Management Information within our team practice, you will:
1. Maintain rigorous QC processes, including individual performance checks and automated validation of completeness and timeliness ahead of case completion.
2. Test the accuracy and quality of due diligence requirements, complementing automated QC functions.
3. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities in CDD practices and regulatory compliance.
4. Produce management information reports to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure thorough documentation of QC outcomes and training activities.
6. Support the Head of CDD in team development and performance management initiatives.

7. Expertise in QC methodologies and performance assessment.
8. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
9. Effective training and coaching abilities.
10. Proficiency in management information systems and data analysis.
11. Excellent attention to detail and documentation standards.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
12. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA, CAMS) is highly desirable.
13. You’ll have the ability to comply with the firms legal, ethical and regulatory requirements and refresh your knowledge regularly to establish yourself as a credible senior member of the financial crime team.
14. You’ll understand how to engage and motivate the team while building your networks across all stakeholder groups.
15. You’ll be self-motivated and able to deliver to multiple deadlines while maintaining high levels of service to external and internal stakeholders.
