In the Business Support Administrator role, you will be: Providing full administrative support including handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, booking meetings, preparing documentation, and answering calls and emails Supporting internal systems for training event records, rota planning, attendance tracking, and generating reports Coordinating training logistics including venue and equipment bookings, training materials, certificates, and catering schedules Assisting with ordering supplies, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and liaising with Finance Supporting department managers with data collation, diary management, and selection processes Helping maintain training and development resources, inventories, and internal databases To be successful in the Administration role, you will need: Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and internal systems Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Welsh language Level 2 skills (or willingness to develop) This is a temporary role for 3 months initially to cover long-term sickness, working full time hours, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. You'll be based in offices in St Asaph, starting on an hourly rate of £13.95 per hour plus benefits including weekly pay, holiday accrual and more.
