* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires your team to be at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

38.50 hrs per week: Mon 09:30‑17:45; Tue 10:45‑19:00; Wed 12:45‑21:00; Fri 09:30‑17:45; Sat 09:30‑18:30.
