The Role As a flexible Teaching Assistant, you will: •Work on a fully flexible basis, choosing 1–5 days per week to suit your availability. •Support pupils with SEND across primary, secondary, special schools and colleges. •Provide 1:1 support, small group work and in-class assistance. •Work with pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and more. •Gain hands-on experience in a variety of educational settings – ideal for those exploring a long-term career in SEND.
