Role: Junior Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 + Commission (expected £10K in Y1)

Key Responsibilities
* Own a portfolio of approximately 60 customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and achieving your sales target.
* Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.
* Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
* Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services into your customer base.
* Introduce the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs.

* Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to client needs quickly and effectively.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
