About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to ensure the delivery of a first-class customer experience on our new build development in Dundee. As the first point of contact for customers it will be your responsibility to guide them through the process of buying their new build home and ensuring the greatest journey possible. Key responsibilities of the role include: Taking ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process. Being the point of reference for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale. Promoting and providing for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines. Ensuring all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed timeframes. Ensuring that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development.
