Overview
Experienced Document Controller required to join a leading regional contractor based in Portsmouth, to aid with an array of commercial & residential projects including health-care, education, industrial and office facilities across the south coast.
As the Document Controller you will be working closely alongside the production and commercial teams, design consultancies and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities with production, commercial teams, design consultancies and subcontractors to support project delivery from conception to completion.
* Control construction management systems and manage drawing documents.
* Oversee and ensure client return documents meet system standards.
* Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a Document Controller, preferably with a main contractor background.
* Procore experience is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, diligence, a methodical mindset and a quality‑oriented nature.
