We are looking for an Account/Project Manager to take responsibility for managing key client relationships within the agency, building relationships, maximising upsell & cross-sell opportunities and adding value to the overall client experience. You will work on a mix of website builds and digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our diverse mix of clients.
The Role
The Account/Project Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships within the agency, building relationships, maximising upsell & cross-sell opportunities and adding value to the overall client experience.
You will be running multiple client campaigns and projects from start to finish, across multiple sectors and across multiple disciplines, from digital marketing campaigns, to web design & development. We are looking for a highly organised individual with boundless energy and a passion for outstanding client service.
This is a key new role for the agency and one in which you can make a genuine impact to our growth plans.
Experience Level
* 1-2 years’ experience of working as an Account Manager or Project Manager in an agency environment managing website projects and digital campaigns
* Self-sufficient, requiring little supervision and able to motivate team members
* Good understanding of digital marketing techniques e.g. PPC and SEO
* Excellent financial & budgetary management skills with extensive experience of quoting projects for clients and managing project budgets
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage large scale projects/campaigns
* Schedule all projects and prepare timelines for larger projects
* Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure we deliver a consistent level of service, managing client expectations at each stage of delivery
* Excellent communication skills with experience of leading client meetings, adept at liaising with clients over phone and e‑mail
* Excellent at briefing design and digital projects, with experience of co‑ordinating internal project teams
* Excellent at managing suppliers with experience of working with third parties and contractors e.g. freelancers
* Excellent understanding of the website development process
* Be active in developing and implementing processess for the smooth running of projects
* Be adept at managing your own time effectively when working on multiple projects
* Knowledge and experience of using WordPress CMS
* Ability to develop clients and look out for new opportunities
Location
This role is office based at our Liverpool office (Avenue HQ) for 2‑3 days per week. Remote working for the remainder of the week.
