Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor in Loughborough – Loughborough Contact Centre. Permanent, Full Time. Salary £26,561.60 per annum, plus performance‑related and target‑based commission. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:30‑06:30, Friday 09:30‑15:30. Start Date: Monday 15th June 2026.

As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor you will speak to customers about mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades and sim‑only deals or Care Plan Agreements. You will use excellent communication skills to explain offers, ensuring customers have the information to make an informed decision. No prior telephone sales experience required; training provided.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contact existing and new Currys customers.
* Help customers understand handsets, deals, network providers, and Care Plan Agreements.
* Provide the best sales journey by giving great advice and presenting all options.
* Build relationships with customers, turning one‑time buyers into lifelong customers.
* Work towards and aim to exceed sales expectations.
* Put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Requirements
* Commitment to providing great service.
* Customer Service experience, ideally within a contact centre.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working towards targets.
* Interest in technology.
