About The Job
Mission: Own, build, and scale Branch’s integration ecosystem. This role serves as the technical engine that bridges our core platform with the unique, high‑value needs of our customers and partners, directly generating revenue, accelerating our partnership strategy, and protecting our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
* Custom Solution Delivery (Monetized Service):
o Scope, design, build, and deploy paid, customer‑level bespoke integrations for enterprise clients (e.g., custom data mappings for CDPs, CRM analytics, or unique event forwarding).
o Partner with PS leadership and Sales to create Statements of Work (SOWs), defining project timelines, deliverables, and pricing.
o Manage the full project lifecycle for these custom solutions, from technical discovery to deployment and handoff.
* Partner Ecosystem Expansion (Strategic Work):
o Rapidly build, test, and deploy net‑new partner‑level integrations with Ad, Data, Email, and Tech partners beyond the core roadmap.
o Own technical cleanup, optimization, and maintenance of existing “long‑tail” ad partners, ensuring correct campaign link data and macros for reporting.
o Act as the technical execution arm for the Partnerships team to scale integration volume from 2‑6/year to 2‑5/quarter.
* Technical Consultation & Triage:
o Serve as the central “clearinghouse” and primary technical contact for all non‑standard integration requests from Sales, Account Management, and Support.
o Partner with Sales/AMs to provide technical validation and solutioning during pre‑sales cycles.
o Maintain a library of reusable code, solutions, and documentation, and provide feedback to ProdDev on recurring requests that should be productized.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Technical Proficiency:
o Strong programming skills in at least one server‑side language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
o Experience building and consuming REST APIs, handling webhooks, and performing data transformations (JSON, XML).
o Solid understanding of the mobile/web ecosystem (SDKs, attribution, analytics).
* Business & Problem‑Solving Skills:
o Proven ability to translate vague customer business requirements into concrete technical solutions and formal SOWs.
o Entrepreneurial mindset: a self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity who can own a project from scoping to delivery.
o Excellent client‑facing communication skills; can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Preferred Qualifications:
o 5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or high‑level Technical Support at a SaaS company (mar‑tech/ad‑tech preferred).
o Direct experience with the Branch platform and its integration capabilities.
o Familiarity with CDPs (Segment, mParticle), analytics tools (Adobe, Google), and major advertising networks.
